How do I install my Roamjoy eSIM, and how long does setup take?
Installing takes just a couple of minutes over any Wi-Fi or existing data connection. Do it before you travel so you're ready the moment you land.
Two ways to install
- Scan the QR code from your confirmation email with another device's camera.
- Or open My eSIMs on the purchasing phone and tap the direct install link — no scanning needed.
After installing
- Label the line something memorable, like “Roamjoy Travel”.
- Leave your primary SIM as the default for calls and texts.
- On arrival, switch data to the Roamjoy line and enable roaming for it.
Setup usually completes in two to three minutes. You only need to install once per eSIM — top-ups reuse the same profile.
